CALL 1600 International Calling Card Terms & Conditions of use

01. Your use of the Call 1600 Calling Card (Service) is expressly conditional upon your acceptance of all terms and conditions stated herein.

02. Modifications to terms and conditions:

a. Nuetel Communications reserves the right to change these terms and conditions regarding the use of the Service at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the terms and conditions on the Nuetel Communications website.

b .You may terminate this agreement by giving one day's written notice to Nuetel Communications if modifications to these terms and conditions have resulted in excessive increases in charges for the Services or changes that materially alter your rights under this agreement, except where the modifications have been imposed on Nuetel Communications as a direct result of legislative changes, government regulation or license changes. In the event of termination under this clause you will remain liable to pay any charges accrued up to the date of termination. Nuetel will also inform the TRA of any changes imposed by legislative changes of government regulations.

03. Nuetel Communications does not warrant that the Service is completely error or interruption free nor does Nuetel Communications warrant any connection to or any transmission over the Internet. In no event will Nuetel Communications be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses or damages arising in any manner from the use of the Service.

04. Your Call 1600 Card can be used in Bahrain and outside Bahrain.
05. All sales are final. Subject to clause 2 (b) above phone card pins, once issued/revealed are Non Refundable, Non Transferable and Non Exchangeable. Phone cards have no cash value.

06. Calling rates, billing increments, fees, taxes, and other charges are subject to change at any time. The new rates/changes will be posted on our website and will also be published in English/Arabic News papers. Subject to clause 2(b) above, Nuetel Communications will not be responsible or liable for any change in calling rates, billing increments, fees, taxes, and other charges. Current call rates for the Service can be found on the Nuetel Communications website and from vendors of the Service. Call rates for the Service are also available from Nuetel Communications' customer service helpdesk at 16026925.

07. Customers will be provided with a customer service telephone number 160-26925 for the card issuer, along with the phone card pin at the time of issue of your pin number. You must contact this customer service number for all issues relating to your Call 1600 Calling Card. Pursuant to section 56 of the Telecommunications Law you may contact the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) on the following address, if your complaint is not resolved by Nuetel Communications within 60 days. 08. Card expiry is the earlier of 60 days after first use or 12 months from the date of production of the card for all denominations. This date will be displayed on all Call 1600 cards.

09. NO REFUNDS: Nuetel Communications shall not be obligated to provide any refunds for expired cards or unauthorized use except in the case of misuse of information by Nuetel Employees or contractors. Prepaid cards sold are non-refundable and have no surrender value.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Disputes relating to this agreement, if not settled by the parties in good faith, may be submitted, pursuant to section 56 of the Telecommunications law, to the TRA if no agreement is reached within 60 days from filing the complaint.

11. SEVERABILITY OF PROVISIONS: In the event that any section or portion of these terms and conditions is deemed unenforceable by a judicial authority having jurisdiction over the matter, such section or portion shall be deleted from the terms and conditions and they shall be enforced as if that section or portion was not a part of the terms and conditions in the first instance.
12. Local calls charged by the customer/user mobile or fixed line service provider when using Call 1600 for international call. Local calls are not charged when using the card inside Amwaj Islands via Nuetel Communications fixed telephony service.
